Hi, I’m Cathie Spano Miller, co-founder of HireWorthy, a company that provides one on one career coaching by phone or Skype. Before HireWorthy, I owned and operated WPPI, a staffing agency that serviced Wall Street firms for 15 years. WPPI was a mulit-million dollar firm that hired and placed over 200 candidates a week. In 2006, I launched Miller Search Associates, Inc. an executive search firm specializing in mid level mangement positions in finance, marketing and sales. The purpose of this blog is to share some of the tips that I use in coaching to help you find and land your dream job. Because of the recession in 2008, the job market changed drastically and so did the interview and recruitment process. As a recruiter I noticed that the need for career coaching became more apparent than ever and that companies were looking for different qualities in their candidates than before.
